Hello North Carolina
This afternoon Mr Happy crossed the GA-NC state line. One state done! Tonight he's at the Muskrat Creek Shelter with Hikernutt. Cold weather on the way may test the limits of his 10 degree bag as its forecast to be only 6 degrees tomorrow night.

Way to go, Josh! You already have one state behind you. Please make sure you hunker down at night and find a warm place to sleep. (I've added some green to your PayPal account to help a bit in that regard.) We're getting a cold snap here in NJ, too, with temps and high winds tomorrow night that can cause frostbite within 15 minutes. Brrrr! Stay strong, and for goodness sakes, find another hot tub!!

I've been keeping my 12- and 14-year-old up to date on your progress. You're their new hero, so when you get REALLY cold and tired just remember - you're inspiring a whole new group of youngsters!
